I talked to my dad last night on the phone. He said, “So are you teaching yet?”
I said something like this, [Laughter], “No, nope. Not yet. See, they’re having exams ‘til Tuesday. Then on Wednesday I have the day off. On Thursday we’re having a school picnic. Friday is a holiday. Starting Sunday they begin practicing for the Christmas program. Apparently they practice for 2 weeks without studying at all? Then after Christmas they have 2 or 3 weeks of Winter Vacation. Then, after that, I’ll start teaching science.”
I have, however, been working quite a bit answering questions during exams and supervising recess afterwards. It's fun!
